At Least 1 Dead In Washington County Accident
ELRAMA (KDKA) ―
At least one person was killed in a three-vehicle accident in Washington County Wednesday morning.
According to police, the accident involved three vehicles including a delivery truck in the 1300 block of Route 837 outside of Elrama in Union Township around 6 a.m.
The delivery truck was traveling southbound and crossed over into the northbound lane. The truck first hit a pick-up truck traveling south, before crossing over and striking another vehicle traveling north.
The victim in the northbound car was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the driver of the pick-up truck and delivery truck received minor injuries.
The name of the victim has not been released at this time.
