WASHINGTON (KDKA) ―

Sources tell KDKA a hair stylist in Washington County is facing charges after she allegedly shot her client who complained about her haircut.

Monique Reed, 38, is facing one count of aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment after she allegedly shot 28-year-old Lauren Newton.

It happened in Reed's apartment in the 300-block of Donnan Avenue in the city of Washington.

The victim was taken to Washington Hospital but was later taken to UPMC Presbyterian.

There's no word on the woman's condition.
