State-Wide Smoking Bill Under Consideration Again

HARRISBURG (KDKA) ― The previously-proposed state smoking ban is rising from the ashes.

State lawmakers will look for a compromise this week on a bill to ban smoking in most public and work places.

House Majority Leader Bill DeWeese says he hopes to have a bill passed by both the house and senate by December 12th, when both chambers recess for the holidays.
