Last November, an Oakmont couple escaped serious injury when an object crashed through their windshield when they were traveling on the Parkway West.

Just as drivers were able to breathe a sigh of relief on the Parkway West, someone else is apparently causing more trouble.
Police say a taxi cab heading inbound and a Toyota Camry headed outbound were both struck by a rock on the highway between Green Tree and Carnegie.
The driver of the Camry suffered a facial injury.
Authorities conducted an active search for suspects, but no arrests were made.
Earlier this week, State Police say Jeffrey Angelo Ramous, 49, admitted to throwing 100 rocks and bricks over a two-year period on the same highway.
Ramous faces charges, including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and risking a catastrophe.
He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
