Local Ice Cream Man Loses His Cool

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A local ice cream vendor is in hot water after he allegedly tried to sabotage a competitor.

Nazzareno Didiano, 46, was charged with assault and criminal mischief after he allegedly slashed the tire of a competing vendor at Mellon Park in Point Breeze.

He is out jail after posting $500 bond.

Didiano was in trouble a few years ago after he got into a tussle with a 13-year-old boy. According to reports, the boy criticized and cursed at Didiano for his prices.

Didiano allegedly called the boy fat and said he didn't need any more ice cream.

He was later convicted of simple assault and ordered to take anger management classes.
