Charges To Be Filed In Collar-Bomb Case
PITTSBURGH (AP) ―

Brian Wells was killed by a collar bomb.
The attorney for a woman questioned in the unsolved 2003 collar-bombing death of a pizza deliveryman who robbed a bank says his client was notified that she may be charged in the case.
The attorney says Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong, who is imprisoned for killing her boyfriend, received a federal detainer listing today listing charges of bank robbery, conspiracy and a firearms count.
Lawyer Lawrence D'Ambrosio, who says Diehl-Armstrong is innocent, says he does not know whether the paperwork means she has been charged.
Detainers are used to notify prison officials that charges are imminent.
The U.S. Attorney's office would not comment on the detainer, but says it has scheduled a news conference tomorrow in Erie to announce what it calls a "major development in the investigation."
