Man Charged With Assaulting Teen On Greyhound Bus
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―
A Cincinnati man is charged with sexually assaulting 17-year-old male while on a Greyhound bus.
John Johnson, 30, is charged with befriending the juvenile and then sexually assaulting him while on the bus on I-76 near the Allegheny County/Westmoreland County line.
After the alleged assault, the boy told his mother who then notified bus driver. The driver then called the bus station who notified the Pittsburgh city police.
City police were waiting when the bus arrived at the Downtown bus station. Following further investigation, the Pittsburgh Crime Unit found a straight razor in Johnson's property.
The boy was not injured during the trip from Baltimore to Pittsburgh.
Johnson is accused of grabbing and fondling the unwilling victim as he sat parallel to the victim.
Johnson is locked up in the Allegheny County Jail. He is charged with aggravated indecent assault on a juvenile, simple assault and terroristic threats.
