Alleged Parkway Rock Thrower Pleads Not Guilty

(KDKA) The man who is accused of throwing rocks on the Parkway West says he's innocent.

Jeffrey Ramous, 49, is pleading not guilty to charges including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and risking a catastrophe.

A state trooper testified that Ramous admitted to throwing about 100 rocks and bricks at passing vehicles over the course of two years because he wanted to cause accidents.

Ramous will remain behind bars until his formal arraignment.
