Greene Co. Girl's Accused Killer Back In Court

GREENE COUNTY (KDKA) ―

Jeffrey Martin, from Greene County confessed to strangling 12 year old Gabrielle Bechen in June.

Martin was already scheduled to stand trial for the girl's murder.

Today, after testimony from Doctor Cyril Wecht, the judge said Martin should also be held on charges of rape, sexual assault and abuse of a corpse.

Martin has consistently denied raping the girl.
