Student Expelled After Classmate's Overdose Death

NEW CASTLE (KDKA) ― A local high school student accused of selling a classmate drugs that led to her death has been expelled.

Erica Million, 16, died after overdosing on oxycodone at New Castle Area High School.

Tuesday, the school board unanimously voted to expel the unidentified student who sold it to her, the New Castle News reports.

The student will also be charged as an adult in Million's death.
