Father Of Accused Tagger Says His Son Needs Help

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― The father of a man Pittsburgh Police allege caused $500,000 worth of damage says his son needs medical help.

Daniel Montano, 21, of Highland Park was in court today. He faces more than 100 counts of criminal vandalism.

He made a plea deal back in March to three counts of the same charges. He paid a fine and was allowed to walk free.

Montano's attorney and family are trying to get him into gateway rehabilitation center, but that is up to the court.
