Ex-Worker Claims He Was Fired Over Complaint

RENO, Nev. (KDKA/AP) ― An ex-employee of Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Lake Tahoe has filed a lawsuit claiming he was fired because of a complaint by Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The lawsuit was filed on September 25th by Alvaro Brito against Harrah's and its Lake Tahoe president.

Brito, a former assistant manager at the Cabo Wabo Cantina, claims that he was fired for carding a young-looking woman at Roethlisberger's table.

The lawsuit does not name Roethlisberger as a defendant.

However, it follows a suit by another ex-Harrah's employee alleging sexual assault.
