Car Dealer Sues Former Steelers' Running Back

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A former Pittsburgh Steelers' running back is being sued by a local car dealership for failing to make payments.

A&L Motor Sales in Monroeville says 29 year-old Verron Haynes bought a used 2001 Aston Martin from them two years ago.

Since then, the suit claims he's only paid $7,650 towards to the $67,500 car.

Several recent checks were returned for insufficient funds.

Haynes lives in Roswell, Ga.
