Excitement Builds For Steelers, Ravens Game

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― After getting pummeled by the Philadelphia Eagles, fans are hoping for a win as the Steelers face off against the Baltimore Ravens.

The match-up will play in front of a national audience during Monday Night Football at Heinz Field.

After the team's performance in Philadelphia, Head Coach Mike Tomlin says they're getting back to basics.

"It's a philosophical belief that I have that when you're not on the screws and you talk about multiple people working together, you reduce to make sure people are on the same page," he says, "and as you have that understanding and comfort and confidence in the group, then you go back to doing what it is that you were doing or go back to expanding.

"That's the philosophy I believe in and that's the philosophy we're taking."

Rookie and first-round draft pick Rashard Mendenhall will get his first NFL start this week. He's filling in for Willie Parker who injured his knee.
