Sunday's game will be round 3 for the Steelers and Ravens.
They have played twice already this season with the Steelers winning both games.
But beating the same team three times is quite a challenge.
As much as the win over San Diego is confidence booster, many fans are respectful for the match ahead.
"I said before the playoffs started. I said, 'The Ravens are the one team that scares me,' because we have beat them twice but it's been, you know, two battles," Greg Antill, from Mineola, Florida, said.
"It's scary, but I think we can do it," says Jen Burkamper, from Boone, Iowa.
"It think they can do it again," Becky Antill adds. "I've heard so many people say, 'Oh, a third time's a charm.'"
Three can be a lucky number, but not everyone buys it.
"I personally don't subscribe to that hocus pocus to be honest with you," says Head Coach Mike Tomlin.
"Having to beat Baltimore for the third time is like years ago Bum Phillips bringing the Houston Oilers in," said Frank Yarosz, from Robinson Township. "Had to beat them three times in one year."
Since 1978, the Steelers have seven times faced an opponent three times in a year. They've only pulled off a three-game sweep twice.
But in the critical third game, which has always come in the playoffs, they've won all seven, including beating Baltimore in January of 2002, Cleveland in January of 2003 and Cincinnati on the way to the Super Bowl in 2005.
"I think the Steelers have their mind set and the heart that they need like they did in the Super Bowl in 2005," Kristen Kosh, a Belle Vernon native, said.
"It's going to be a heck of a fight but I think we can do it with our offense how they performed yesterday, I'm optimistic," Court Burkamper, also from Iowa, said.
"I think that they're going to give the Ravens a run for their money and they're going to head to Tampa for the Super Bowl," Heather Moy, from Orlando, said.
