The Chargers come to Heinz Field this weekend for the first round of the playoffs.
But there's still no word if the Chargers will be without their starting wide receiver, Vincent Jackson.
Jackson was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
California Highway Patrol pulled over Jackson just after 2:30 a.m. after they saw him driving erratically.
"His driving behavior became apparent to them when he made an abrupt braking maneuver. His speed was in the 76 to 77, 78 mile an hour range. So, it was a speed violation during which time he was observed weaving on 3 to 4 occasions outside of the lane," said Brad Baehr with the California Highway Patrol.
Police say Jackson failed a field sobriety test.
He was then booked into the county jail and later released on his own recognizance.
Jackson is on probation for a 2006 misdemeanor DUI charge where he pleaded guilty and was fined.
As for this most recent incident, Jackson said in a written statement, "Yesterday I was stopped by an officer. I don't think any charges will be filed as a result of the stop. In the event they are, I look forward to clearing my name and proving my innocence."
Police say Jackson submitted to a chemical and blood test, but the results aren't available yet.
As for the Chargers, General Manager A.J. Smith said in a statement, "we're aware of the off the field issue involving Vincent. Obviously, we're disappointed. We take these issues very seriously. Moving forward, we will monitor the situation and have no further comment."
Police will submit their report in the next few days to the city attorney's office for possible misdemeanor prosecution.
Jackson just had the first 1,000+ yard season of his career.
