The Pittsburgh Penguins announced that two recent call-ups would be heading back to Wilkes-Barre Scranton Tuesday.
According to a press release from the team, forwards Nick Johnson and Mark Letestu have been reassigned to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins.
Today's move comes a day after Letestu scored his first NHL goal just 47 seconds
into a 5-4 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Monday night.
In addition to the goal, Letestu is a plus-2 in the five games he has played for Pittsburgh this season. He also suited up against the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday and performed well.
Johnson has appeared in six games with the Penguins so far this season and has one goal and one assist in that span.
The Penguins have a couple of days off to rest up before taking on the Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals this weekend.
