Here are the daily soap opera summaries for "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "As The World Turns," and "Guiding Light."
THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS
Before their wedding reception, Chloe claims to Cane that she thinks she has the flu. Later, Kay, Jill and Esther prepare for the party but Kay and Esther aren't sure they will be able to welcome Chloe into the family with open arms. Meanwhile, Cane decides that if Chloe really is sick that he needs to call the doctor. Cane busts Chloe's sick act when he finds a bag of potato chips under the couch. Cane demands that they go to the reception. Later, Cane and Chloe arrive at the party and Esther is stunned when she sees Chloe, calling her Kate.
When Kay pushes Jill on how she is going to handle the David Chow situation with Jabot, Jill reminds her that she knew about his gambling problem as well and didn't report it. Kevin and Jana arrive home from their honeymoon with romantic stories to share. However, the stories are put on hold when Michael and Lauren inform them that Victor is dead. Later, Lauren learns that River left the ashram the day after the wedding without informing anyone.
Victoria is sure that she could run Newman Enterprises better than Adam any day of the week. Meanwhile, knowing what is in store for Nick and Victoria, Michael prepares to read Victor's will to his family. Sharon begs Jack to stop provoking Nick, especially on the day that Victor's will is being read.
Victoria, J.T., Nick and Phyllis congregate in Victor's office for what is potentially the last time. They discuss Adam firing everyone that was close to Victor and realize that he is in way over his head. Nick and Phyllis arrive at the ranch for the reading of the will and find Heather and Adam. Nick is irked to learn that Heather moved in. Nick realizes that if Adam is named the head of Newman Enterprises that they may be looking for somewhere new to live. Jack and Sharon arrive and tension mounts. Michael reads the will and all are stunned by the enormity of Adam's inheritance. Later, Michael gives Nick, Victoria and Adam personal letters from Victor. Jack and Sharon discuss the turn of events and Jack worries about the fact that Nick now owns the Restless Style building. Nikki collapses on a beach somewhere, giving into her emotional and physical exhaustion. As a man approaches and stands over her, she looks up to see Victor, alive.
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL
Owen races up to Big Bear, knowing that Donna is in danger, and calls Marcus on the way. Brooke and Ridge put the pieces of Eric's poisoning together and head up to the cabin with Marcus, as well. The evening turns lethal as Donna comes face-to-face with impending death after being knocked unconscious by Pam. Donna begs for her life but her attacker shows no mercy.
AS THE WORLD TURNS
Jack and Carly stand by Parker, insisting he couldn't have attacked Liberty, but Brad and Janet think what Liberty said was true. Janet blames herself for what happened, for raising her in a sexually liberated way, but Katie tells her that although they don't really know what happened, it's not Janet's fault. Jack sets out to prove Parker is innocent and he, Carly and Parker go to the site where Liberty was found. They find her purse and Jack takes remnants from the brownies to the police station. Carly and Parker go home where Parker thanks Carly for taking his side and apologizes for the way he's been acting. Jack meanwhile questions Liberty, who admits that it was Leo who gave her the brownies. Then she remembers struggling with Leo. Janet feels horrible for blaming Parker, as does Liberty, but Jack won't let Janet apologize. Brad gets very upset and lies to Katie that he is going home but instead finds out where Leo is and picks him up in his car. Brad throws Leo into the pond to scare him, but Leo doesn't come up for air.
Alison apologizes to Chris for what Aaron did at the engagement party and Chris admits to her he imagined they still had a chance. Alison is shaken. Meanwhile Holden counsels Aaron to take his time and don't get married right away. Emma calls Holden on his advice, saying he's sour on Aaron's marriage because his own has fallen apart. Aaron sees Ali with Chris but she covers, and then suggests they get married right away. Aaron is happy and goes home to tell Holden he's not taking his advice. Holden suggests they get married at Lily's house, and he goes with Aaron to ask her permission. When they arrive, Mike is there and Holden has to hold in his displeasure. Lily grants her permission and Mike offers to help with the wedding arrangements. Holden goes home and Emma asks him where things stand with Carly and Lily. He admits to feelings for Carly but has no idea what it all means. Emma tells him to get it together because the stakes are too high. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Alison tells Chris about her upcoming marriage and he wishes her all the best. Later, an old lady's puppy escapes, and Chris and Alison go on the hunt, ending in a moment of sexual tension.
GUIDING LIGHTBack at the hotel, Bill and Lizzie begin kissing, but are interrupted by the maid opening the door. When the maid leaves, Lizzie tells Bill to get in the shower. Once she hears the water running, she slips out of the room and the maid tells her she saw Alan across the street. A hopeful Lizzie leaves Bill alone in the room. Dinah calls Alan to warn him that Bill is in the city looking for him but Alan acts as if he already knew. He is not worried about Bill because he knows that Gus is on his side. When Bill gets out of the shower, he is surprised to find Alan sitting on the bed with Lizzie nowhere in sight. Bill accuses Alan of trying to get the business back but he tells Bill that it's more than that. Alan speaks about his faith and tells Bill that he is meeting with a very prominent company and talk about his faith and Bill realizes that Alan is no longer a threat to the company.
Daisy tells Grady that they need to find jobs and Daisy heads over to talk to Dinah, to inquire about a job for Grady. At first Dinah refuses to hire the man that killed Tammy but Daisy reminds her that everyone deserves a second chance. Dinah starts to ask about Grady's skills but then remembers that she no longer has the authority to hire anyone for the company and Daisy advises her that she should hate her brother. Buzz asks Dinah and Daisy to help with the food for the wedding and Daisy agrees only after Buzz offers her money.
Bill calls Dinah and tells her about Alan's ridiculous meeting and assures Dinah that they have nothing to worry about. Dinah melts when she realizes that Bill still cares about her. Dinah tells Daisy that she is going to consider hiring Grady. When Bill gets off the phone he turns to see Lizzie standing in the doorway but is relieved when it is obvious that she did not hear his conversation. Lizzie expresses her concerns about Alan ruining the Spaulding name forever. Bill spots a paper that Alan dropped with the address of his meeting and slides it away. When Lizzie goes to take a shower, Bill slips out. Lizzie finds the paper when she returns from her shower with no Bill in sight and scolds herself for trusting him. Bill rushes up to Alan but Alan tells Bill he's too late, nothing can stop him.
At Company, Olivia admits to Buzz that she was a fool to trust Alan and his visions. When Buzz refuses to give Olivia alcohol, she leaves to find someone who will. Cyrus, still at Cassie's fixing up the house, admits to Cassie that he is waiting around town for Harley. Cassie leaves to run errands and when she leaves, Grady enters. Grady is interested in why Cyrus is trying so hard with Cassie but soon realizes that Cyrus is really just hoping Harley is coming back into town. Grady expresses his concerns that Cyrus will one day choose a woman over Grady. Cassie yells at Olivia for drinking at Towers but then realizes that she needs a drink herself and joins her at the bar. Olivia learns that Cassie and Josh are divorced and that Josh is after Reva again. After Cassie leaves, Olivia finds Grady sitting next to her, attempting to charm his way into a job. Grady and Olivia's flirting continues and she invites Grady back to her room. Olivia leads Grady into her room, but is distracted by a dizzy spell. She changes her mind about having him stay over but still wants to pay him for something. She gives him one hundred dollars to give Josh's bible back to him. Grady agrees and returns to see Daisy. He tells Daisy that they are finally going to go on a real date and Daisy is ecstatic. Back at the Farmhouse, Cassie vents to Cyrus about Reva. Cyrus suggests that they have a fresh start to their friendship and charmingly introduces himself to Cassie.
