On the first day of Steelers training camp 2009, fans lined up to receive autographs from their favorite Super Bowl champions!
Coming off of a Super Bowl XLIII win, the Steelers gear up again for training camp in Latrobe, bringing the usual and unusual.
Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, a two-time Super Bowl champion, kicked off his second annual football camp at Mars High School. Nearly 500 children from the Pittsburgh area and beyond are at the Old Spice Ben Roethlisberger Football Camp to learn from one of the best in the game!
Pittsburgh first became the "City of Champions" in 1979 when both the Steelers and the Pirates won respective Super Bowl and Word Series championships. Now three decades later, the city has pulled it off again! Just a few months after the Steelers captured a record sixth Super Bowl championship, the Penguins reclaimed the Stanley Cup! But we're not the only town to celebrate two championship teams in the same year!
