Christine Snyder says she lost her job because she had to take too many days off to care for her kids and her own illnesses.

Roomful Express is celebrating its 50th year in business by giving away furniture to 50 local families in need.
This week, the recipient is the Snyder family, from the West End.
Christine Snyder says she lost her job because she had to take too many days off to care for her kids and her own illnesses.
"When it comes down to it, my children and having to take care of them is priority over anything in the world to me," she says.
Ed Snyder says he works full-time, but it is not enough for new furniture.
Roomful Express is giving them up to $3,000 worth of furniture, including new beds for all four of their kids.
Social worker, Joanne Pracht, with Sto Rox Focus on Renewal, says she works closely with the Snyder family.
Pracht says the Snyders are great parents because they are very active and involved in their kids lives by taking them to all their sporting games and events.
"Everybody's involved in something one way or the other so it's like a whirlwind," said Ed. "I wouldn't trade it. I love it."
