BRENTWOOD (KDKA) ― Three decades after raising her own children, a 59-year-old grandmother from Brentwood is having to do it all over again with her grandkids.

But Joann Moran was surprised to learn that it's now her turn to get a little help from someone.

Moran, who's raising two grandchildren, says she's no different than anyone else. She goes to work everyday as a clinic coordinator for Children's Hospital and she's a parent.

But her 17-year-old granddaughter Justine Schnepp doesn't quite see it like that. She wrote a letter to Roomful Express asking they give Moran a little help.

"I can't believe someone would do that for me," Moran said.

Moran plans to buy a new sofa, a couple of dressers for the bedrooms and a new bed for her 4-year-old grandson Julian.
