Survey: Income May Influence Guardian Angel Belief
(KDKA)
In the world of religion, there is much talk that there is a supreme being who decides when and where you leave this Earth.
A new survey now suggests that the amount of money a person makes may affect whether or not that person believes in the religious concept of 'Guardian Angels.'
Researchers at Baylor University in Waco, Texas asked 1,700 people: "Do you believe you have ever been protected by a Guardian Angel?" Of those surveyed, 55 percent said yes.
However, that "yes" answer dropped to just 37 percent for survey takers who made $150,000 a year or higher.
Of course, religious beliefs are a very personal subject, something that many people don't want to talk about.
