Three Children's Products Recalled

(KDKA) Several products are being recalled that could put children in danger.

Back Yard Leisure has recalled about 11,000 Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure wooden play sets because of a fall hazard.

The hangers holding the chains for the gliders can break, causing a child to fall.

There have been 114 reports of glider hangers breaking.

Three children received minor injuries.

The swing sets were sold at Wal-Mart stores and Toys R Us stores nationwide from January through May for between $400 and $415.

You are asked to immediately remove the gliders from the swing sets and contact Backyard Leisure to receive free replacement glider hangers.

If your child is sleeping on a Simmons mattress, check it out carefully.

Simmons has recalled about 20,000 Simmons kids crib mattresses because of the danger of entrapment.

Some of the crib mattresses measure smaller than the 27-1/4" minimum width requirement for cribs, creating a gap between the mattress and crib side rails, where an infant could get trapped.

The recalled mattresses sold at Pottery Barn Kids and Nursery Furniture retailers between July 2006 and May of this year for between $100 and $150.

If you think you have one of the smaller mattresses, you should quit using it immediately and contact the company for a free replacement.

Also, check out your children's pajamas too.

The Children's Place is recalling 28,000 sets of camouflage pajamas due to excessive lead in the screen print on the shirt.

The recall covers long and short sleeved sets with a blue shirt and red screen print that reads "Athletics 90".

The pajamas were sold in boys sizes from extra extra small to extra large.

They were sold exclusively at the Children's Place stores nationwide from December 2006 to January of this year for between $15 and $75.

You are asked to return the pajamas to any children's store for a full refund.
