Play Sets, Strollers Recalled
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―
If you own a Step 2 Play Up Gym play set, your children could be headed for a fall.
The Step 2 company is recalling it's Play up Gym play sets because the swings can break.
The problem is with the hangers that attach the swings rope to the upper rail of the play set.
So far, the company's had seventeen reports of the hangers breaking.
The play set was sold at Toys R Us stores from January through April of this year for about $400. If you own one of these play sets, keep the kids away until you get free replacement hangers.

Here's another problem with an outdoor play set. This time, the glider can fall because the rings securing the glider can detach.
Among the outlets for these green gliders were Lowe's stores and online at Costco.com.
They sold for about $100 between February of last year and last month.
You should stop using the gliders and get a free repair kit from backyard play systems.

The Bugaboo Bee Stroller could roll away unexpectedly. The recall is because on or both side brakes can fail. Bugaboo has had reports of 121 strollers' brakes failing.
The strollers were sold at juvenile product retailers from August of 2007-April of this year for about $530.
Stop using the stroller until you get a free repair kit from Bugaboo.
