Little Tikes Recalls Over A Million Toys
WASHINGTON (KDKA) ―
A choking hazard is prompting a major toy recall.
The Little Tikes Company is recalling more than 1.6-million of its children's workshop sets and trucks.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall comes after an 11-month-old boy got a plastic nail lodged in his throat.
The toys were sold online and in toy stores between March of 1994 and June of 2009.
The company is offering free replacement nails.
For more information, call Little Tikes at 1-800-791-2737 from 9am-8pm, Monday through Friday, or between 9am and 2pm on Saturdays.
