Clinton, Obama Go After W. Va. Votes

(KDKA) On the eve of the West Virginia primary, the campaigns for Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are taking nothing for granted.

At stake are 28 of the state's 39 delegates.

If that doesn't seem like a lot, just consider that Obama is still 150 delegate votes short of what he needs to win the Democratic nomination and that means Clinton is doing everything she can to make sure she wins the lion's share of the votes cast in West Virginia.

Volunteers from Pennsylvania for both candidates have gone to West Virginia to support them.

Sen. Clinton is expected to win tomorrow and plans to hold a victory party in Charleston, W. Va., while Obama will be moving on.

The next contest is Kentucky and Oregon a week from tomorrow.

In West Virginia, the polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m.
