Actress Campaigns Locally For Sen. Obama

MOON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) ― Bethel Park native and actress Barbara Feldon visited Pittsburgh today campaigning for Democratic Presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama.

The actress is best known for her role as "Agent 99" in the 1960's television series "Get Smart."

Today, she visited Moon Township senior centers and campaign offices to speak about Obama's economic plan to help the middle class and the importance of this election.

"I think that there are very few times in history that there is someone with the leadership qualities that he has, that rise out of the mass of people and to not take advantage of that would be just a very sad thing for the country," she said.

Feldon graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1955 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in drama.
