Pittsburgh is one of the best cities to eat out, according to a new national ranking.

Men's Health Magazine ranked Pittsburgh No. 4 when it comes to foodborne illness outbreaks per capita and keeping restaurants up to code.

The Allegheny County Health Department credits a combination of programs for the city's favorable ranking, including its "Educate Not Regulate" strategy.

Baltimore, MD, landed the top spot on the list.
