Blind Pony's Death Probed In Mercer County

SHENANGO TWP. (KDKA) ― Humane agents in Mercer County are investigating the death of a blind pony.

Kahlua, was found dead in his Shenango Township pasture by his owner, Tory Morgan of Sharon on Wednesday.

One of his hind legs was broken and he had sections of skin missing.

Investigators suspect the pony was dragged to death.

Aside from Kahlua, four other horses had some scratches, but were otherwise unharmed.

A $500 reward is being offered for information in this case.
