Charges Dismissed Against Tiger Ranch Owner

District Attorney Plans To Re-File

GIBSONIA (KDKA) ― The owner of Tiger Ranch Cat Sanctuary in Frazer Township had animal cruelty charges against her dismissed in court, but she may not be in the clear yet.

The Allegheny District Attorney's Office plans to review evidence and re-file charges against Linda Bruno "in a timely fashion."

Humane officers allegedly found dozens of dying and sick cats during a raid last month.

Bruno appeared in court this afternoon for a preliminary hearing on several counts of animal cruelty for illegally housing hundreds of cats.

Defense attorneys say the counts against Bruno were not specific enough to any one case of abuse.
