Smoking Complaints Filed Against Businesses

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― It's been one week since the state smoking ban took effect and we're told complaints against establishments have been coming in.

A website called nosmokedining.org has popped up and it claims to be naming names of places that violate the ban.

But while customers might be filing complaints about certain places, those businesses could actually be exempt.

So far, the health department hasn't issued any citations.
