1 Arrested In Sharpsburg Stabbing

SHARPSBURG (KDKA) ― Police have arrested one woman in connection with an early Tuesday morning stabbing in Sharpsburg.

According to police, Deloris Johnson, 28, was stabbed in the 1300-block of Main Street around 1:30 a.m.

Officials found Johnson lying on the sidewalk with stab wounds to her arm and back and she was taken to UPMC Presbyterian. She is listed in stable condition.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, she told police that Tiffany Pearson, 34, was the person who had attacked her.

Pearson, an estranged roommate, was not living with Johnson at the time of the incident.

She was later arrested and is facing aggravated assault and reckless endangerment charges.
