Zoo's Festival Of Water Offers Scuba Lessons

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Everyone in the pool!

As part of the PPG Festival of Water at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, KDKA's Jim Lokay put on a wet suit and strapped on an oxygen tank to get a Scuba Diving lesson from the experts.

Zoo officials say a 25,000 gallon "Be a Diver" pool has been brought in by the DEMA Scuba Tour and experts are on hand to offer lessons, demonstrations and education on animals and how to keep our water safe.

The "Be a Diver' pool is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today through Sunday, August 10th, that's weather permitting.
