Palin's Book Tour Stops In Washington Co.

NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP (KDKA/AP) ― Former Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin was in Washington County today for a book-signing.

Palin was at the Sam's Club on Trinity Point Drive in North Strabane Township to sign her new autobiography "Going Rogue" from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wristbands were handed out to the first 1,000 people in line who wanted to meet her and the crowd started to gather around 2 a.m.

"Going Rogue" has an announced first printing of 1.5 million copies and has been at or near the top of Amazon.com's best-seller list for weeks.

Other small-market stops on the three-week tour include Rochester, N.Y.; Columbus, Ohio; Cincinnati; Roanoke, Va.; Orlando, Fla.; Bloomington, Minn.; Noblesville, Ind.; Albuquerque, N.M., and the Army post in Fort Bragg, N.C.
