Mt. Washington Road Rage Suspect In Court

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A woman accused of firing a pellet gun at a man during a road rage incident in Mt. Washington was in court.

About a month ago, Dori Lee Zielmanski allegedly fired shots at Dan Miller on Shaler Street because he was driving too slow.

She was charged with assault and reckless endangerment.

"At this point and time I'm not going to get into any of the details. All I can tell you is we're trying to resolve the case," Defense attorney Bill Diffenderfer said.

In court today, prosecutors offered Zielmanski probation, fines, court costs and anger management classes.

The deal could be finalized in a month or so.
