More Construction Planned For Roads This Weekend

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― It's another weekend of detours and delays on local roads.

On the Parkway North, traffic will be down to one lane between Bellevue and Interstate 79.

Those restrictions were put in place Friday night and should be completed by early Sunday.

Also, work continues this weekend on the outbound lanes of Route 28.

Officials say the ramp from Route 28 to Butler Street in Etna will be closed until Monday morning.

Parts of Butler Street itself will also be closed and the outbound lanes are entirely shut down at Millvale.

Traffic is detoured across the river in Sharpsburg.
