Man Faces Charges In W. Va. Post Master Shooting

DALLAS, W. Va. (KDKA) ― One man is in custody after a deadly shooting at a West Virginia post office on Friday.

Investigators say Post Master Lua Wolverton in Dallas, West Virginia, was killed after being shot several times.

The suspect, 39-year-old Todd Dolin was arrested in Zanesville, Ohio where he also faces charges as a fugitive.

"He was seeking treatment at a hospital in Zanesville," said Cpl. Robert Michael Hogan, of the West Virginia State Police. "Once the Zanesville Police Department learned that there were warrants on this subject for first-degree murder he was placed in custody at the hospital."

Dolin is set to be arraigned on Monday and extradited to West Virginia to face charges.
