Port Authority 'T' Service Restored

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― "T" service is back to normal in downtown Pittsburgh. 

Port Authority officials say the trolley was operating on one track after a power outage.

According to officials a line fell.

A shuttle was in operation, but riders faced delays.
