Police Investigate Robberies At Local Pizza Shops

(KDKA) Police are investigating today following robberies at two local pizza shops overnight.

The first happened at Vocelli Pizza in Crafton late Thursday night and the other happened just before midnight at Little Nipper's Pizza shop in Oakland.

According to authorities, no one was hurt when someone held up the Vocelli Pizza shop on Crenelle Street.

Officials say witnesses told police the suspect was armed with a gun. There is no word whether the suspect got away with any money in that incident.

In Oakland, police say someone fired a shot, and then got away with some money at Little Nipper's Pizza located on North Craig Street.

Officials say no one was hurt in that robbery either.
