Trucker Struck By Car In Donegal Township

DONEGAL TWP. (KDKA) ― State Police in Greensburg are investigating an overnight pedestrian accident in Donegal Township.

Police say a trucker was struck by a car on Route 31 just after 2 a.m. as he was exiting his rig.

Police believe the car's driver, Jill Graham, of Acme, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

The trucker's condition was described as critical when he was airlifted to UPMC Hospital.

There's no word on the man's condition at this time.

Police say charges are pending against the driver but, so far, they have not been filed.
