Pittsburgh Police Investigate Two More Murders

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Two people are dead in two separate shootings in Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

The latest shooting happened around 1 a.m. in front of Denise & Earls Bar on Brushton Avenue in Homewood.

The victim, 25 year-old Justin Mickens was taken to UPMC Presbyterian where he was pronounced dead.

A second male was shot in the stomach at the same location.

Police continue to investigate.

And a 23-year-old man was shot in Pittsburgh's Fineview neighborhood.

It happened around 8 p.m. Tuesday on Belleau Drive.

Witnesses say they heard people arguing and then shots were fired.

The victim was seen running from two men and more shots were heard.

Police recovered 14 shell casings at the scene.

Police are looking for two black males who may have gotten away in an older red vehicle.

The victim's name is not yet being released.
