Police: Mom Was "High" When She Rolled Onto Son

INDIANA (KDKA) ― An Indiana County woman has been charged in connection with the death of her three-month old son.

Jessica Wojno, 24, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and possession of marijuana.

Police say Wojno was under the influence of marijuana when she rolled onto her son Joseph and suffocated him.

Police say Wojno's estranged husband found the baby the next morning, but Wojno told him the baby was sleeping.

Wojno was arraigned and placed in the Indiana County Jail on $2,500 cash bond.
