Police Find Missing Mentally-Challenged Man

GREENSBURG (KDKA) ― Police say missing, mentally-challenged man from Westmoreland County has been found safe.

Officials say 25-year-old David O'Conner, of Greensburg, was last seen Thursday morning around 10 p.m. by a neighbor.

According to O'Conner's brother, he was heading to Indiana, Pa., to meet a man who he met on the internet and that man was then going to take him to Blairsville to meet a woman.

O'Conner is reportedly safe and was found in Indiana County.
