Man Arrested After Metal Pipe Attack

YOUNGWOOD (KDKA) ― A Westmoreland County man was arrested after an argument turned violent in Youngwood on Wednesday.

According to police, Patrick Duley, 19, of Youngwood, struck a 17-year-old male in the head with a metal pipe after an argument escalated at the Youngwood Community Park.

Duley is being held at the Westmoreland County Jail and is facing charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.

The victim was taken to Westmoreland Hospital for treatment and his condition is unknown.
