Men Questioned In Laughlintown Bank Robbery

LAUGHLINTOWN (KDKA) ― Investigators are believed to be questioning several possible suspects in a Laughlintown bank robbery.

Four men robbed the First Commonwealth Bank Wednesday morning. Shortly before the heist, someone fired two shots into a Dollar General as a diversion.

KDKA's Ralph Iannotti reports officials are interrogating three or four men who were in a limosine, but no one has been arrested or charged.

The robbers were last seen headed east on Route 30.

The robbery was similar to another bank robbery in April. Suspects held up a bank in New Kensington and fired shots into a supermarket as a diversion.
