Police Take Local Ice Cream Man Into Custody

(KDKA) A local ice cream vendor is back in police custody today after he was arrested by authorities in Ohio on Wednesday night.

Police say Nazzareno Didiano allegedly violated the conditions of his bond.

Didiano is accused of intimidating a woman he was supposed to stay away from. Police say he is accused in a confrontation last year when he allegedly intimidated the woman and her daughter.

Officials say the incident happened in Mellon Park last summer.

So far there is no word on when Didiano could be extradited back to Pittsburgh.
