1 Arrested, 2 Sought In Farrell Captivity Case

FARRELL (KDKA) ― One person has been arrested and police are looking for two others accused of tying up and torturing a man in a home in Mercer County.

According to police, Drake Clark has been arrested for holding Patrick Mendoza hostage in a home in Farrell.

Drake's brother Ronald and Kylie Altman are also believed to have been involved, but have not been apprehended at this time.

Mendoza said he was stripped and hog-tied, had his face covered with a plastic bag, then shoved in a closet.

After three days, he was able to get free after chewing through a plastic bag over his head, opening the closet door with his mouth and finally breaking a window with his head to yell for help.

Neighbors heard the victim's screams and called police who found him bound on the floor of the bedroom.

Mendoza claims he was tortured because the men thought he had stolen drugs from them.
