Warrant Issued In Fatal Garfield Shooting

GARFIELD (KDKA) ― Police have issued an arrest warrant in the case of a fatal shooting in Garfield on Nov. 1.
Police are looking for Earl Wimbush, 21, of Pittsburgh. He is described as a black male, standing 5-feet-10-inches tall, and weighs 270 pounds.



His last known address is 5228 Schenley Ave.

According to police, the shooting happened around 1:49 a.m. on Cornwall Street.

When police arrived at the scene, they found that Timothy Bottoms, 23, had been shot in the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 20-year-old male was also shot in the leg and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
