Most Wanted Fugitive Apprehended In Allegheny Co.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― The "20 Most Wanted" segment on local cable television has paid off in a double arrest.

A viewer watching the on-demand segment called the sheriff's office with information about 28-year old Conchita Marie Owens.

The Garfield woman was wanted for assault, escape and drug violations.

She was arrested at a North Side address with a man she identified as Eric Hall, her boyfriend.

It turns out that Hall was also a fugitive, wanted for assault.

Owens and Hall are currently in the Allegheny County Jail without bail.
