Teen Shot, Killed In Sharon Overnight

SHARON, Pa. (KDKA) ― Authorities in Mercer County are investigating after a teenager was shot and killed overnight.

Police were called to the scene just after 1:45 a.m. in the 800-block of Wallis Avenue in Sharon.

According to police, officers found 18-year-old John Hosey with a gunshot wound to the torso.

He was taken to Sharon Regional Health System where he was pronounced dead.

Two other people, 20-year-old Ashley McNulty, and 21-year-old Mark McNulty were also treated for minor gunshot wounds.

The investigation continues.
